Are you HIPAA compliant?
Yes. Attention is HIPAA compliant and signs a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before any agent picks up a call. We're SOC 2 Type II certified, encrypt data at rest and in transit, and never use call data for model training. Our Medicare-focused customers (Elite Insurance Partners) operate on the BAA today.
Which dialers and CRMs do you work with?
